KRM Sound Text Messaging Terms

These terms apply to text messaging from KRM Sound, a division of KRM Records (“KRM Sound,” “we,” “us”).

Program: the KRM Sound client text line Text number TBD. It is used for quote, booking, and event updates for KRM Sound clients who opt in, such as quote follow-ups, event scheduling, event-day logistics, file requests, and account questions. No marketing.

Opting in: clients opt in by checking the text-message box on our quote form, by texting our number (for example START or HELLO), or by giving written consent by email or in a booking agreement. Every new opt-in receives a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent wording used on our quote form and in KRM Sound consent emails is:

“I agree to receive text messages from KRM Sound at the mobile number I provide about my quote, booking and event. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Help: Reply HELP, or email info@krmsound.com.

Opting out: Reply STOP at any time. You’ll get one confirmation text and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
